Limbang Light Industrial Estate

Limbang Light Industrial Estate (LIE) 1A and 1B were completed in 2010 and are located along Jalan Limpaki, which is about 3.5 km from Limbang town centre. It is designed and developed with a total of 26 units of Semi-Detached 2-Storey Industrial Lots and 6 units of Detached 2-Storey Industrial Lots.

With the development of Limbang Light Industrial Estate (LIE) 1A and 1B, it helps to create opportunities for local SMEs to boost the commercialization of the famous delicacies “Ikan Tahai” and increase the economic growth of Limbang and Sarawak State as a whole.
